Delete Your Data

You control the photos and data in your ShotLearn AI account. From within the app you can delete individual analysed photos, or clear your entire portfolio, at any time — without deleting your account.

This is separate from permanently deleting your whole account. If you want to remove your account entirely, see the Delete Account page.

• Delete a single photo. Open your Photography Journal, choose a photo and delete it. This permanently removes that photo and its analysis from your account.
• Clear your portfolio. Use the option to delete all portfolio photos to remove your analysed photos and their associated data in one step.

Deleting photos or clearing your portfolio permanently removes:

• the analysed photos stored by ShotLearn AI;
• their AI analyses and scores;
• stored thumbnails;
• progress and statistics associated with those photos;
• related application data for those photos.

Deleted data is permanent and cannot be recovered.

Photographs stored on your own device or in your device gallery are never modified or deleted. These actions only remove data held by ShotLearn AI.

Deleting photos or clearing your portfolio does not delete your account. You stay signed in and can continue creating new analyses and building your portfolio again. To permanently delete your entire account instead, see the Delete Account page.
