Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ShotLearn AI account at any time, directly from within the app. Deleting your account removes your account and its associated account-linked data and signs you out on that device.

If you are unable to sign in or access the app, you can also request account deletion by contacting support@shotlearnai.com.

Deletion is a self-service action you perform while signed in to your account:

• Open the ShotLearn AI app and sign in to your account.
• Go to Account / Settings.
• Select Delete Account.
• Review the on-screen confirmation.
• Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm the request.

Your account and applicable account-linked data are then deleted and your session is signed out. Because this permanently removes your account, it cannot be undone.

When your account is deleted, the following data associated with your account is removed from ShotLearn AI:

• account information;
• AI analyses;
• portfolio;
• learning progress;
• stored thumbnails;
• associated user data.

Photographs stored on your own device or in your device gallery are never modified or deleted by this process. Deleting your account only removes data held by ShotLearn AI.

Certain records may be retained where necessary for legitimate security, fraud prevention or legal reasons, and only for as long as required. Any such data is not used for any other purpose.

If you cannot sign in — for example, you have lost access to your email — email support@shotlearnai.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. After we verify the request, we will delete your account on your behalf.
